Poultice powder such as Diatomaceous Earth (DE) Bowl for preparing the poultice
Mixing sticks to stir the poultice
Plastic wrap to cover the poultice

Plastic tape to seal the poultice

Procedure:

Identify the areas that need treatment. Take a picture to compare with result after treatment. Dispense equal amounts of Reagent #1 and Reagent #2 into the bowl and mix well.
Add sufficient DE powder to obtain a poultice of toothpaste consistency. Mix well.
Spread the poultice over the green/blue stain going past the stain by at least 1⁄2 inch.

Cover the TeBlossom poultice with the plastic wrap and tape the edges with the plastic tape
but leave a section without the tape to allow for venting of gases that are produced.
Beware the TeBlossom poultice has a sweet smell so keep out of reach of children and pets.
Let the TeBlossom poultice stand for 24 hours then remove the poultice and inspect the area treated. Compare with the picture taken, the stain should have turned from green/blue to yellow.

If a change of color has not occurred repeat the above procedure.

Once the area has turned yellow proceed to the next step.

Clean the surface with water first and then with acetone to remove any residue poultice.
Make a poultice of DE powder and bleach to a toothpaste consistency.
Spread the DE-Bleach poultice over the now yellow area, going past the stain by at least 1⁄2 inch. Cover the DE-Bleach poultice with the plastic wrap and tape the edges with the plastic tape.
Let the DE-Bleach poultice stand for 24 hours, then remove the poultice and inspect the area treated. If a yellow area is still visible and you are in hurry use a propane torch to heat the area.

The combination of the heat and the bleach can remove the remaining stain.
Add more bleach using a paper towel, if needed but only after using the DE-Bleach poultice for 24 hours. Once the green/blue stain is removed flush the area with water to remove all traces of bleach.
Reseal the surface and you are good to go.
